Purpose of Breathwork
Breathwork involves guided breathing techniques designed to promote relaxation, emotional release, and self-awareness. Sessions may include various breathing patterns, sound, and movement to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Medical Contraindications
Individuals with certain medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before participating. These conditions include, but are not limited to:

Participant Acknowledgment and Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and agreeing to these terms, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The facilitator is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

The participant is responsible for monitoring their own well-being during the session.

The participant will inform the facilitator of any discomfort or need to stop at any time.

The participant releases the facilitator and organization from any liability related to participation in breathwork sessions.
