FAQs
Absolutely! Breathwork can be practised effectively online with a skilled facilitator. Our live online breathwork sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive space to explore breathwork techniques. With clear guidance, you’ll experience the same benefits as in-person sessions, from the comfort of your home.
Not at all! Our breathwork sessions are beginner-friendly and open to everyone, whether it’s your first time trying breathwork or you’re a seasoned practitioner. Each session is guided step-by-step to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
You don’t need much—just a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a device with Zoom installed, and perhaps a blanket or cushion to stay comfortable. It’s also a good idea to have water nearby and avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand.
Each session lasts 60 minutes. The first part includes a brief introduction and preparation, followed by a 30-minute guided breathwork practice. We end with optional sharing or questions to help integrate your experience.
While breathwork is generally safe, it’s not suitable for everyone all the time. Conditions like pregnancy, severe anxiety, or certain medical issues may require caution. Please review and accept our Breathwork Waiver before joining a session to ensure it’s a good fit for you.
If you miss a live session or want to revisit a specific style, our Online Course offers recordings of past sessions. It’s a great way to keep up with your practice at a time that works for you.
